We only deliver to the UK and use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Our free delivery option uses 2nd class services. Alternatively we also an optional tracked service.
We aim to dispatch your Home Alone Card order the same day and post twice a day.
We understand that some deliveries are lost, not delivered etc. All we ask is that you wait for a little time.
If you have opted for the free second class delivery we may not offer replacements. The decision is yours to decide between free and tracked. If your order is lost using tracked delivery then a full refund will issued.
We were worried for a family member who due to health issues would have to frequent the hospital. At times we were not immediately notified about their admission. The emergency services didn't know the patients dog's were alone at home. (no animals were seriously harmed - just hungry and need to be let out). The PET HOME ALONE CARD idea was born
